Queenstown House Luxury Lakeside Apartments - Penthouse

A luxurious 2-bedroom penthouse is now open for guest stays, with accommodation for up to five guests.   

The Penthouse takes the whole top floor of the existing Queenstown Luxury Lakeside Apartments and comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate ‘bath’ room, sunroom/atrium room with sofa bed, lounge area, dining area and spacious kitchen.

The location is No 6 Lake Esplanade, overlooking Lake Wakatipu and only 240 metres to Steamer Wharf (departure point for the Earnslaw) and the beginning of Queenstown’s restaurants, shops and bars. 

 Rates are available until April 2026, with bookings beyond that date on request.
